All Sales Are Final

Each order is handled with meticulous attention to detail, and as such, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns once a purchase has been completed.

Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been packed, we will gladly do our best to provide a full refund.

If your order has been packed but not yet collected or dropped off with our shipping partner, a refund may be issued minus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Once your order has been picked up or dropped off, we are unable to issue a refund unless we are able to successfully intercept the package before transit begins.
If this is possible, a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an unavailable adult signature, refusal of delivery, or any other reason, and the item has sustained damage, we are unable to issue a refund.

If your order is returned fully intact, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the final delivery attempt to arrange re-shipment.
Re-shipment will require payment of new shipping charges.

If you prefer not to receive the order again, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 25% restocking fee.

In the rare event of a shipping issue or fulfillment error — such as a missing or damaged item — please contact us within thirty (30) days of placing your order so that we may assist promptly.
