Our Shipping Information

At The Rare Pour, we take great pride in ensuring that your order arrives promptly and in impeccable condition. Once your order has been placed, our fulfillment team thoughtfully prepares it for shipment within one to two business days (Monday through Friday) for all in-stock items. Carrier collections ship out each Friday. Orders received over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. Once an order is shipped from our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If the final destination for your shipment is going to one of the following states, please allow an extra 5-7 business days for delivery as these states are reached by a regional carrier. CO, DE, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SC, TX, WI

As soon as your order departs our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing detailed tracking information and an estimated delivery date provided by our trusted carrier partner.

Please note that, in accordance with federal law, we are unable to waive signature requirements or specify delivery time windows. These measures ensure the secure and responsible delivery of your purchase—standards to which we hold ourselves and our partners with the utmost integrity.

While we are devoted to providing a seamless delivery experience, certain circumstances—such as severe weather or unforeseen carrier disruptions—may occasionally cause delays. We kindly ask for your understanding should such rare events occur. 

Should you have any questions about the status of your order, our team is delighted to assist you. If you have already received your tracking number, you may also visit the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment or request that your package be held for pickup at a local carrier facility.

We also do not currently offer international shipping. However, our team is continually refining and expanding our logistics capabilities to better serve our discerning clientele worldwide.
